"I would give zero stars if I could. The front desk person was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, we weren't even allowed to check in or wait-he told us we had to leave the premises because it wasn't yet the 3 p.m. check-in time. We politely asked about the possibility of an early check-in, but he was completely unwilling to help and had a very dismissive attitude. There was no effort to accommodate us, offer alternatives, or even speak respectfully. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced at a hotel. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and it completely ruined our experience in this hotel and area. I would not recommend staying here. I felt unsafe with the hostile attitude and behavior and ended up canceling our stay and looked for another hotel."
