The bed in this room was awful with poor quality sheets. It felt worse than a pullout. The room was completely bare with no pictures. The room was extremely loud from the street noise which made it very difficult to sleep. We cut our stay short and although the night before we were told that we could cancel the next night. BUT, when we went to check out, they told us that we had to take it up with Expedia. It was necessary to have an Expedia representative intervene in order to get our room refunded.

The hotel has many stores nearby. The location is great. The bagels at breakfast were delicious, and the staff was friendly.

Staff was great. Location is perfect , a lot of things are walking distance. Good places to eat within the area. Felt safe walking early morning and late night here , they lock the doors and require you to scan in with your room key. The room was not the cleanest, there was black stuff inside the sink knobs in the restroom. Shower head had black on it along with the shower faucet. The breakfast was a bit misleading , it’s just muffins and bagels but no toaster for the bagels.

La femme de la réception était très peu serviable, elle n’a pas voulu nous donner de recommandation sur des restaurants pour prendre le déjeuner dans le coin de l’hôtel. D’autre par, notre chambre donne à la rue, et il y avait beaucoup de bruit , surtout les autos de polices avec des sirènes étaient fréquentes. Un hôtel pas écologique du tout, je fessais exprès d’accrocher la serviette pour pas la faire laver, mais la femme de ménage mettait toujours de nouvelles. Point fort : les bagel et muffins du matin.

From the moment we arrived at the Chelsea Savoy, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and when we got to our room, it was spotless and very well maintained. We went downstairs to enjoy some hot tea and hot chocolate, and a staff member kindly helped me with the hot water machine when I wasn’t sure how it worked. Small gestures like that really stood out. Throughout our entire stay, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They made it easy to approach them whenever we needed anything, and it was always pleasant seeing them at the door. At the end of our stay, they were very understanding about extending our time and allowed us to store our luggage for the day. This was especially helpful since one of us was traveling for work. When we returned later, one of the staff members immediately remembered us and knew we were there to claim our luggage — such thoughtful attention to detail. The housekeeping staff was wonderful as well. They provided extra towels without hesitation and promptly replaced our sheets when needed. Overall, our stay was memorable because of the exceptional people who work there. Not a single person missed the mark. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel based on the outstanding service alone.

La habitación era muy ruidosa, pero estaba limpia y era céntrico. En general estuvimos a gusto. El desayuno era poco variado, café o té, leche y cacao y muffins o bagels.

Mais l'hôtel est très bien placé faire des visites sur Manhattan. La chambre était globalement propre mais la salle de bain était dans un état plutôt moyen Le petit déj était simple mec au pieu avec un très bon café. À prévoir bouchon d'oreille car l'hôtel donne sur la 7e avenue très passante
