The room was clean and modern. Bed was super comfortable and terrific rain shower. The hotel was 17 stories, but with only maybe 6 rooms per floor so reminded me of a European hotel. They had a coffee machine, kettle & refrigerator in each room. The front staff was lovely, particularly Emily & Jennifer. Excellent location, close to subway stations, lots of restaurants (including eataly across the street) and very safe. Broadway/Times Square a straight walk up 6th ave in about 25 minutes. highly recommend

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s close to several subway stations and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and places to walk to. That said, everything else felt pretty bare-bones. From the outside, you wouldn’t even realize it’s a hotel. There’s no big sign, just a couple of sliding doors. Once I got to my room, it looked fine at first glance, but it didn’t seem like it was cleaned thoroughly. There was dust around, smudges on the mirror, and even an AirPod on the floor next to the bed, which tells me housekeeping didn’t check the room very well. The bedding wasn’t great either. The duvet was super thin, the pillows were way too soft, and the towels felt cheap. My view was of a college building right across the way, so I had to keep the blinds closed most of the time for privacy. The fridge barely got cold, and even though the listing said there was a microwave, there wasn’t one. There’s also no front desk after 10 PM, which isn’t very convenient if you need anything late at night. The only real reason to stay here is for the location. If you’re planning to be out most of the time and just need a bed, it’s fine. But if you care about comfort or cleanliness, I’d look elsewhere.

Our stay was amazing!! This location is perfect. The room was clean, the service staff was kind and friendly. Our flight was cancelled due to a winter storm and the front desk girls were amazing helping us out with extending our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was spectacular, the room was clean and the staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. We had a flight cancellation and had to extend our stay and the front desk personnel helped us with everything. Would definitely stay again!!

The room had no tv remote and I went to ask for one and the man at the front desk said I would have to wait until tomorrow but I was only staying for 1 night. The alternative option he gave me was to download an app to connect my phone to the tv as a remote but the tv was not on the Bluetooth in order for me to connect my phone, so I couldn’t watch tv for the duration of my stay. Also, I think all the rooms should have phones to call the front desk because I had to go down stairs from the 6th floor whenever I had any questions.
