"The front desk was so rude! Not clean and not well taken care of from the elevators breaking to a random microwave in the hallway. Security also is not safe, nothing preventing someone going to the floors. I was not impressed and would not recommend."

"Clean pleasant central hotel. Room was large a quiet. The hotel is very old but suited or needs. Aircon was a little noisy but much needed. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"The property was nice and clean. A few little problems, which I guess can't really be changed the bathroom is really small, thight shower. There's no parking on site. There's one close by, but it cost $60+ per day, so don't bring a car with you. The staffs were really nice and friendly. Didn't make it to breakfast, so can't say anything about that. "

"I had a pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in New York. The location was very convenient and close to many attractions and subway stations, which made getting around the city easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. One of my favorite touches was the warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in, it definitely made the stay feel special. Overall, it was a solid place to stay if you want comfort and a great location while visiting NYC. "
