Vibe and ambiance are exceptional. Dining is fantastic. Front desk staff were terrific. The rooms are well appointed. The smaller rooms are very small—so book accordingly. I would absolutely come back.

Amazing location in the West Village...all night life in easy walking distance. The hotel has great character, has preserved its sense of history. Great bar and dining room. Exceptional complimentary breakfast served by wonderful friendly and professional staff made a perfect start to every day.

Beautiful boutique hotel with the 'old New York' classic magic kind of vibe. The best location (I lived in NYC for 10 years). The staff is above and beyond - makes your stay better all around. Loved it.

Had a girl’s trip and was a great stay! The room was super small but we made it work and loved the restaurant, breakfast and location! Day staff was so friendly and helpful! Staff at check in at night was not very friendly but … otherwise awesome stay!!
