THE SPACE:
You’re going to love how sunny it is here! The many windows let in plenty of natural light.
As you step inside, into the 1st floor entrance, you will see our historic glass displays that will take you back in history on how they used to made things, guest half bathroom few books that you can read, the living room has 65” smart tv, kitchen dining table and main dinning table, laundry room and exit to the deck, for outdoor BBQ..

When it comes to the kitchen, you’re all set! It’s fully stocked with pots, pans, lids, baking essentials, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pot with coffee, variety of teas, oven toaster, blender. You'll also find utensils, plates, serving plates, cups, and mugs, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals!

The second floor:
has spacious master bedrooms with king bed and full bath w/jacuzzi. two guest bedrooms 1 with a king size bed and the other bedroom with a queen bed with a share full bath. and there are one closet for all your belongings and hangers in each bedroom.

In the Linen closet: you’ll find clean towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste in case you forgot your own. Hair dryer.

Bathrooms:
We also make sure to provide; hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, so you can relax and enjoy your time here without worrying about the little things.

Sentry monitor device: is for excessive noise decibel reader (privacy is safe, can't record, only monitors noise) and smoking.
!! No parties allowed! No smoking, no vaping, no marijuana allowed no recreational drugs.

Guest access:
Guest have full access to the house except to the areas that are marked “OFF LIMITS signs”.

Parking
On the driveway of the property, keep in mind that cars are not allow after 2AM on the street you have to park on the driveway. Ordinance by the town.

External to the property:
Outside Cameras for safety of our guest and the property or incidents that may occur; cameras are in the driveway, main entrance & backyard.

Barbecue: Enjoy the grill we have all you need and we provide the gas as well and in the kitchen you may find basics what you need for grilling. Clean after you are done and close the gas tank.

*We understand that traveling with family or friends can make your stay even more enjoyable. Our nightly rate is designed for 6 guests, and we do have a small extra fee of $65 for each additional person per night, as well as a $75.00 fee for each pet during their stay if is not a service pet.
Communication is important between host and guest: Always contact our management team of any concerns, questions, requests, we will try to do the best of our ability to resolved.
