It Was AMAZING

It’s a great place to stay outside the city and there are plenty GREAT hole-in-the-spots to eat at in the area. The hosts were easy to talk to and always got back to me quickly with answers to my questions! Definitely recommend this place

Perfect

This place was outstanding! Our family of 5 had plenty of room, and the provided roll away bed and air mattresses were a plus. The loft was very clean and and modern. Stayed here for a weeks vacation to NYC. The NJ light rail station was across the street, to get you to Newark Penn station to WTC. Everything was great and the host was very helpful.

Great visit

I cannot say enough about the wonderful communication with the property owners. Every question I had was immediately responded to. They offered great suggestions for things to do in the area. The apartment was immaculate and extremely comfortable. It was a little noisy at night with the train going by outside and some other residents in the hallways, but that's all part of city living. There was plenty of space for myself, my sister, and our two 9 year old daughters. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Excellent Stay.. Perfect accommodations for us!

My sisters and I participated in the 5 Boro Bike Ride on May 7th in NYC. This rental was perfect for us! We were able to secure our 4 bikes and have a very easy commute into the city on the day of the ride. Anthony was an awesome host, he accommodated all of our requests and made our stay truly enjoyable. He even helped us unload our bikes! Above and beyond! The place is clean and well stocked for anything you might need. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The location was great- it is literally across the street from a NJ light rail station and you can get into NYC in under an hour four about $12. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to NYC!

Don't hesitate your decision to book this Luxury Loft with King Size Bed!! This is the safest most convenient Newark vacation home in the area. Dunkin' Donuts is next door. NJ train station is conveniently across the street. Rutgers & NJIT are both not too far if your visiting for a graduation. Lots of historical landmarks, shopping & the local Newark Springfield Branch Library are all near by. American Dream 15 minute drive North & Jersey Gardens 15 minute drive South. Anthony with the The Lux Experience team are compassionate, communicative, informative, empathetic, accommodating & so much more for the duration of your stay. It's very rare to book a VRBO home & receive a host(s) that is very caring, intuitive & impeccable with their property as you anticipate they will be with you. The Lux Experience team is that admirable host! Their above & beyond hospitality goal is for each guest to enjoy their stay. Unfortunately, I am only able to provide a 5-star rating⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! My 9 year daughter would recommend a 💯-star rating!! (I agree with my 9 year old.) We definitely recommend this Luxury Loft to you, our family & friends. Newark stay

We had an amazing stay. The property was so clean and welcoming and was more than we expected. The parking and the location by the train were ideal and safe! The property managers were super helpful and available for any questions. We will for sure go back!

Great choice

The loft is cute and spacious, the decor is well done & stylish (has a woman’s touch imo). The bed was very comfy, plenty of blankets & pillows. The walls are thin however which can be typical for some lofts and is of no fault to the hosts. If there are children staying next door during your stay you will hear them, or if you have children yourself keep this in mind before booking if you plan to spend a lot of time inside. The hosts were very cool, attentive, and welcoming. Would definitely book again.
