Clean room, quiet, felt safe- it is better than other motels I’ve stayed at. Free coffee in the office for daily guests. They do have a small breakfast bar with cereal for daily guests.

If you just want a place to sleep and leave this place is for you. It's very outdated, dirty and uncomfortable. It's in dire need of a complete remodel!

The hotel was filthy and to make matters worse had NO hot water. I tried to get a refund to move elsewhere, but the manager refused. However, when confronted about the hot water situation, he just shrugged his shoulders and replied "sorry, nothing I can do"

My first room assignment had terrible chemical smell. 2nd room no soap or cups in bathroom. Lighting fixtures broken, only lukewarm water in am. Key card entry broken and junk from piled around outside from other tenants.

Overall the room was fine but there was a loud banging noise all night long. It sounded like someone put a pair of shoes in a dryer by themselves. I'm sure that wasn't it but that's the sound it made. The manager spoke terrible English and there was no one else to talk to. It sounded like it was a 3rd or 4th language, not a second language. He also tried to communicate through a ring doorbell which made him more difficult to understand. So communication was a problem.

Upon arriving we were assigned a room on the second floor. The stair going up was filthy! Then they changed us to the main level upon seeing I was disabled after we climbed the stairs. So the air conditioner was broke. We both had medical devices that required electricity. None of the receptacles on the bed side worked. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the beds in order to reach receptacles on the oither side and we had to pull the table over to us to put our machines on it which had a broken leg held together by painters tape. Also we only had 1 bath towel. Never again will we go there!
