Great location on Plum island check in was seamless and the accommodations were cozy and convenient. Close to downtown Newburyport and shops and restaurants. Great service and communications from iTrip. We would definitely stay again.

Cute and good location

Good location, cute, clean. Nice yard and seating area. Small but comfortable for the three of us. Needs a light in the TV and in the dining area. Would be nice to have one more seat in TV area- but its small so could be hard to do- would have to be creative. Overall a great stay.

Sunnyside- Yes!

We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.
