With heating, WiFi, and AC, this quaint property provides all the essentials for a cozy stay. Plus, the living room with a sofa bed offers extra space for relaxation. Enjoy amble parking for up to two cars right in front of the house, 3 minute walk to Kotara Station, Westfield and the Home Maker Centre just down the road. Newcastle CBD and beach are less than 10 km away. The backyard also allows access to Glover Park. Pets are considered on application. Enjoy your time in Kotara at our charming house.

We stayed at this property in Kotara for 4 weeks and found it to be an excellent choice. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. We brought our newborn son home from the hospital during this time, and the property provided a peaceful and welcoming environment to enjoy those first few weeks together. The host was outstanding, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. This property exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
