My roof had mold spots and it smelled like sewage. Water pressure was weird and went hot and cold quite often. Hotel is well kept otherwise and the staff were very helpful

Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).
