The position was excellent. Easy access to Newcastle City centre. However, we paid for secure parking but the security gate was inoperable and remained open the entire time were there (5 days). If more than one car was in the carpark it was quite problematic as the turntable was also inoperable.

No small sweeper to sweep up the fact that it took two days to get the internet sorted when working whilst away. Amazing place to stay apart from the small issue abov of internet which was sorted

I cannot rate Quantro on Young! I made my booking in Feb 2023, on 03/02/24 I had a conference email for that address. On 05/02 I rang to confirm and arranged parking. On 13/02 I arrived at the address and was told I was at the wrong place I had been booked into Honeysuckle Executive Apartments. This worked out okay but would of been better if staff were explained and were friendly and helpful, service on the phone and at Hineysuckke leaves a lot to be desired.

Property in very good condition and clean with all required amenities. Communication was very poor. We were stuck outside trying to work out how to enter for a hour. I didn’t have a functioning phone or WiFi to communicate. My sister did but had problems getting contact to the owners phone number. This could have been planned at least a few days earlier with communication via email. Not everyone from the UK has a working phone in Australia without WiFi

The property is fantastic and in an amazing location, but because there is no reception on property guests had also chosen to use the property as a place to undertake illegal activities

Property was in a great location and was clean. Only down side is that the beds are a little worn and there was no clothes washing detergent. Otherwise it was pleasant.

Beautiful unit with easy check in and out. Very comfortable mattresses and linen. Great air conditioning, helpful staff and a lift for convenience. Perfect location for food, coffee, general store, bottle shops and getting into CDB was easy and very close. Office staff very lovely. Pros; No hairdryer as stated on website, wifi was completely unusable therefore we only had normal tv which was a real bummer as the weather was terrible. Cleanliness could be improved but nothing major. No outdoor seating on balcony was inconvenient. Undercover parking needs a desperate pest spray (massive huntsman spiders) and wasn’t useable due to broken equipment (but full refund was given, so that was ok). All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to family and friends, just with the knowledge of the pros (as I said nothing major).

Property was nice and in a good location. The property could have been cleaned better as there dirt on the floors and scum in the kitchen. Paid $20 a night for parking and found that the turn table did not work so we had to try and turn around in the small parking area which was hard. luckily there were no other cars in there.

Clean place to stay , although I found they are not big on communication . Have to aware that free wifi is only limited to data usage . My kids ran out of day in day one . Take your hair dryer as it's not available, although it says that it is available. Balcony is not furnished.

Great location and great size apartments. Bathrooms and kitchen clean, however carpets needed a vacuum. After a few issues checking in (first apartment we booked into hadn't been cleaned from previous guests), the reception sorted things out quickly and moved us to another apartment. Really liked the pin pad locks for foyer, apartment and garage and not having to deal with keys. Excellent coffee right next door too.

Great place to stay! We checked in after 12am which is when check-in closes but the staff were very helpful and assisted me to ensure I could easily get into the apartment! The space was very clean and also so beautiful/comfy! Would recommend to anyone!
