"All the staff were very accommodating. We had a lovely big renovated room with twin beds. The outdoor spa in the pool area is warm enough to use going into winter. Lovely fresh breakfast. There are currently renovations/construction noise, but we were out and about most of it anyhow."

"We were very impressed with the attention to detail in this hotel - our room had blackout blinds, usb port, soft and firm pillows and good products in large pump dispensers as well as the usual safe and fridge. The free breakfast was excellent, only little gripe, they could have done with extra staff in dining room over the weekend. Having said that the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Linda on the front desk. "

"Staff not friendly, room was average bathroom is tiny and looks like a portaloo toilet runs for 10 minutes after flushing beds smell and are lumpy not comfortable, coffee cups supplied needed to be washed before use, we took the stairs as the lift sounds like it’s going to break down and the mini fridge in the room was old and had broken shelves. The whole place needs to be renovated not worth $194 per night budget places are better "

"Great location and overall a decent stay. Nothing fancy but clean and updated rooms. The hallways and stairs could use a more frequent vaccum :) The basement parking has EV chargers (paid) which is great."

"Room was clean neat and tidy Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen for guests was very clean. Bar and restaurant were very good . Small onsite parking area but a lot of on road parking available . Definitely will go back if in the area."

"My room didn’t meet the description/ reflect the pictures online. A window pain was broken when I arrived. The next day the glass was replaced, but broken glass was left on the windowsill. The room was dusty & not very clean."
