The room was spacious and mostly comfortable, the beds could do with a refresh as I found the mattress hard and lumpy. The location and access to the Wests club is great!
It was a great stay close enough to Broadmeadow race course for day out.
Comfortable and quiet stay with food and facilities at your doorstep, very convenient place to stay for out-of-towners.
Lovely hotel, i have been there before so thats why i returned for a second visit , highly recommend this hotel , comfortable, lovely staff and connected to the West club. Will be returning
I only stay at the Executive when in Newcastle. Centrally located, club next door and luxury throughout.

Clean and comfortable. TV not working but that was apparently because of issues from a storm. Disturbed by noisy guests but that can happen anywhere. Very convenient location. Good food in adjoining club. Very friendly staff.
We have stayed at this property previously and will definitely do so again as we visit Newcastle regularly and are very happy with the helpful and friendly staff, parking availability and very reasonably priced dining facilities at Wests. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
Convenient location for event happening nearby (Newcastle Hockey). Quiet at night for the most part. Comfortable beds - good sleep!
Stayed 2 weeks in reasonable comfort.
Room service food options are limited - everything is walking distance so do that instead.
Great facilities, lovely staff and the pool/ spa was a great addition to the stay
