The Space:
Designed for convenience, the studio is compact but practical, offering a cosy base in the heart of Sunderland. The double bed is made up with crisp hotel-quality linen, ensuring a good night’s sleep. A kitchenette is provided with the essentials to prepare simple meals at home. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink, with complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use.
Please note: the building’s elevator is currently out of order, so access is via the stairs.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make basic meals. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
