Fantastic experience. Extremely clean and the hotel staff were wonderful.
My mother with limited mobility issues was assisted 24/7 whenever she had to leave her room, and we would particularly like to thank Tom and Kevin for their service. They made our stay very special.

This is a brilliant new hotel and much needed in Newcastle. Excellent! Special mention to Ovi for his service at breakfast.
Sumptuous decor, beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating, great facilities. Breakfast was excellent too.

Beautiful Hotel ideally placed for visiting The Sage Centre. Fantastic comfortable room, great clean bathroom, tea and coffee offerings were good. Only downside £23 each for a breakfast is crazy compared to other hotels. So we ate out lol.
