"It was very dirty and the front desk lady.She was very rude and nasty"

"They lost my reservations and blamed me for using a third party competitor, half of the reserved rooms weren't even ready at check in, only one working ice machine, breakfast was in the dirty basement, the manager never called back when trying to reserve rooms at a group rate, and they charged 4 additional rooms to my credit card which took us calling them multiple times for them to finally fix it. Never again. Thy Hyatt is right next door, go there."

"Place was very weathered. Windows were fogged with a permanent cloudiness that made it hard to see out of. There was stiff randomly scattered in bar area and other places around the lobby and entrance areas. Like they didn’t have enough storage. Staff was very friendly. But overall it was like staying in a 50 year old hotel that was on its way out because no one was doing up keep. "

"need to have safe gluten free options for people with allergies beside a hard boiled egg and yoplait yogurt. Requested room away at end of hall - was not provided and very noisy/yelling and slamming of doors until almost 10:00 at night."

"The rooms themselves were clean and very spacious but the hotel itself was very disappointing. Unhelpful staff, run down hotel in need of painting, refurbishing and no open bar (open only at the weekend). Breakfast was ok though. Wouldn’t return. "

"Breakfast was alright -basic hotel food. Young man at check in was very friendly and polite . Young man at front desk on our second night was unpleasant. Shower/tub in room was clogged -wouldn’t go down at all . Nasty ! Called and they did come and fix it. Then second day we were there, we left at 11am for the day and came back around 9:30pm to a clogged toilet! "
