"Staff were great and room was clean. One elevator was out of service, which is difficult for someone who is disabled. The pool was out of commission. "

"We had coffee and a tea bun as the breakfast room wasn’t opened until 11o’clock. That was a disappointment. The tea bun was wrapped in Saran Wrap but it was dried up. That was very very disappointing. "
