Lewes Road is in Newhaven, East Sussex. Known for its swing bridge and vast number of local eateries, Newhaven is an ideal location for its proximity to both the local coastal areas as well as the scenic countryside.



Located just a short walk from Lewes Road is Newhaven Fort. This well preserved Victorian Coastal Defence gives visitors a look into the history of the fort, along with providing fantastic views of the immediate coastline - making it an ideal location to visit with friends and family of all ages.



South Downs National Park is also very close to Newhaven, offering endless outdoor activities including walking trails, cycling and wildlife watching.



Walking routes are also easily accessible from the property and surrounding area, with many walks allowing visitors to see for miles over the rolling hills and neighbouring valleys.

‘Newhaven Town’ is the train station located in the centre of Newhaven. It is a short 15/20-minute walk from Lewes Road and only 3 minutes by car. The station provides rail links to destinations including Brighton and London.
