Located on the Newport Beach Peninsula, this beautiful 7 BR/4BA bathroom Home is just a few houses from the sand on 38th Street.
From our property, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. Conveniently located near the grocery store on 32nd street you are only a few minutes from 30+ restaurants & bars, the Balboa Fun Zone, the Newport Pier etc.
Our Property is a Duplex consisting of two units located on 38th st on the Newport Beach Peninsula.
The downstairs unit is freshly remodeled and has a patio with a fire-pit just steps from the beach. Three bedrooms offer a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for your group.
DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 1 - (1) King-sized bed
Bedroom 2 - (1) Queen-sized bed
Bedroom 3 - (1) Full (1) Twin. - Bunk Bed
After a short flight of stairs, you'll find the upstairs unit with an open kitchen and living room. Double sliding doors and a deck bring in a nice ocean breeze and ocean views. The rooftop deck is not to be missed! It offers a BBQ, sitting area and twinkling lights perfect to enjoy the sunset and city light views. This home offers plenty of comfortable spaces as well as some quiet bedrooms when you need some downtime from the beach.

HOME LOCATION
Our property sits on 38th St between the Bay and the Beach you never need to walk more than 15 seconds to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddleboard Launch on the bay you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer.
From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier etc. (15-30 Minutes by Bike) Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
-No Patio/Rooftop (Rooftop or Street Facing) after 10 pm.
- This is a Duplex Property and consists of two separate units.
