Newly renovated, all new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, lighting.
Our large beachfront deck complete with BBQ, lounge chairs and music is directly on the sand with no crowded boardwalk in front.

Front master has a king bed, flat screen TV and infinity windows with one of the best ocean views anywhere.

The second master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, large master bathroom with walk in closet and great ocean views from the attached outdoor deck.

Third bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds and a flat screen TV.

Fourth bedroom is equipped with bunk beds, full bottom and twin top.

Perfect Beach Home

This house was really nice! It looked like they just remodeled the entire home; beautiful new tile in all the bathrooms, quartz countertops in kitchen and new appliances. I also appreciated the nice linens and pillows in the master bedroom. Very comfortable bed. The view from the bedroom was incredible. The house was right on the sand, so the kids played a few feet away while we had lunch on the patio. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay immensely. We will definitely be back!

An incredibly beautiful home with a view that makes life feel calm. This part of the beach is much quieter than other areas but still easy walking distance to bars/restaurants and close to grocery stores, etc. Well appointed and super clean. Set up well for large groups. And did I mention the view? Thank you for being great hosts!

30 Wedding Anniversary

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with our grown children. The house was clean and enough space for everyone to enjoy. Views were amazing. Enjoyed the outdoor seating. The communication with Rick and Julie was easy. It was a relaxing time building memories with our family. I would recommend it to all families.

Amazing Beach House

We absolutely loved this house the location cannot be beat. It is nice to be close to boardwalk but not right on it as you don't have all of the foot traffic. The house is the perfect beach house with great views, outdoor seating/dining, windows and doors that open up and let you enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Great kitchen set-up and nice washer and dryer that we used almost daily to help keep up with all the sandy wet clothes from the beach. The owner gave us great suggestions for restaurants and recommended places nearby to stay for family that didn't stay at the house.

Amazing Vacation

This property was perfect for our family. The house had everything you could need and so much more. They had tons of toys, outdoor chairs and games to play. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we need to cook or store left overs/snacks. The hosts gave wonderful instructions before and during our stay on everything needed. The location is incredible and the house is gorgeous and wonderfully laid out. We are already planning our return for next year. We could not have been happier with our stay at this property.

The Best

Great experience with host. House lived up to its description perfectly. Very clean, everything worked, and well stocked supplies. On the beach, great sunsets, close to good food and lots of activities. The family loved the house. We’ve rented in the area twice before, and this home was the best all around. Will definitely consider coming back. Communication with Rick was quick and very customer service oriented.

The BEST Beach House Out There!

Truly cannot say enough amazing things about this home on the sea. The check-in process and communication with the host were flawless. It is clean, updated, well-stocked, and HUGE. Beds are comfy as can be, rooms are spacious, and all is beautifully decorated. There is an endless supply of fun to be had given that you are steps to the sand. The house comes fully stocked with all the beach supplies you could ever need, plenty of serving dishes/kitchen items, and a grill. The outdoor patio is well-kept with a large table, fire pit, and couch. There is a two car garage which is an added bonus. If I could rate this house, I would rate it 100 out of 10. Truly the best place I've ever stayed.

Incredible Views

This home was perfect for our family! You could hear the ocean clearly and we went to the beach almost every day to play in the waves and build sand castles. It was great because there were many sand toys for the kids, corn hole for the adults, boogie boards for the adventurous souls in the group and lawn chairs for coffee by the water each morning. Since there is no walking path in front, it makes the patio more private. There was an outdoor dining table and firepit for our evening gatherings. The front master is breathtaking while the back master is enormous with its own small balcony/patio with partial ocean view. I am very particular, and the cleanliness, serve ware, bedding, towels and amenities were impressive. The owners made check-in and check-out a breeze. There is garage parking which was also convenient. The store is a 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk. We also walked to the pier a few times to eat and for the weekend Farmer's market. I HIGHLY recommend this FABUOUS home!

Great Location for a Great Vacation

First, when I say I would stay again, that means a lot. The location was great. I loved being right on the beach. As others have said you're about two blocks from the walkway that is in front of most homes. It was nice not having that as it made the home much more private and allowed for some of us to be on the patio while some were on the sand, but we were still together. Side notes about the patio: even in direct sunlight you could walk on it barefoot and not burn your feet and has an automatic awning attached to the house which I loved since I can't spend too much time in the sun. There were several chairs, table, beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas for use. It is also an easy walk to at least a few restaurants (we didn't explore too much), a grocery store, and a park for my grandson. Parking is often a problem in a beach home but we were able to park a Chevy Tahoe and Toyota Corolla HB inside the garage and a Honda Civic right in front of the garage. The interior of the home was comfortable with plenty of space for 8 adults and 1 one-year old - both sleeping, getting ready, hanging out, etc. The WiFi was strong enough that my husband could instruct his online class from the house. There was more than enough items in the kitchen for cooking. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, and TP. The only slight negative I can even mention is that the a/c seemed loud, but you get used to it and the house stayed as cool as we wanted so it was well worth it.

Beautiful house located literally on the beach. Close to restaurants , coffee , market and shopping. House has a garage full of beach amenities and a kitchen that is well equipped with any appliance needed . Garage fit our suv which was a Nissan Armada. Lots of space and beautiful views with a well attentive owner who is quick to respond .
