Family Vacation

We rented the house for a visit to California for my mother's 80th birthday. We had all age groups, from teenagers to my 80-year-old mother, and everyone was comfortable. The home is close enough to both the Newport and Balboa Piers to have access to all of the restaurants and activities but far enough away to be a quiet, relaxing retreat.

The location is great, so close to the beach! The house is awesome. So cute and comfortable, nice and well-maintained. The home was well equipped for cooking, had a nice large pantry to store our things and had a working ice maker which we aprreciated. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. The back courtyard space is something you don't really find very often, and we loved having enough space for family dinners (including barbeque) ,time in the hot tub and plenty of playtime items to enhance our stay (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, body boards, toys). Check in & check out were super simple . We would definitely love to book a return visit.
