Amazing place!

We spent Memorial Weekend here and absolutely loved it. The location was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The home was very clean and the property manager responded immediately to any correspondence.

Wonderful Location 😊

We had an excellent week celebrating. Spacious beachfront home with all the amenities needed and very clean. Walking distance to the Fun Zone and the ferry and to very delicious restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Just as advertised. Easy check in, Norma super responsive. Wonderfully situated and stocked with everything we needed for Thanksgiving lunch. Enjoyed a paddle in the bay and afternoons at the beach

Another great stay!

This was our 4th time staying in this great little condo. It is the perfect size and location for me and 3 grandsons. They love the Fun Zone and ferry to Balboa Island just a couple of blocks away and the pier and boardwalk just a few steps more. Norma has always responded quickly to my questions. The check in process is easy. We'll be back next year!

Bay all the way!

This was the perfect spot to celebrate my husband 60th birthday for the week. The dock access and the kayak along with plenty of beach chairs and towels were all we needed for a relaxing day watching the boats go by. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and appliances and lots of fans for air movement. The beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean!!! Norma was quick to respond although we never really needed anything. We would definitely stay again!

Bay Front Home

The place was great! Has everything you need, well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Very clean and comfortable. Bar b que works great. The patio could be cleaned up a little. Weeds need to be cleaned up. You can hear the people upstairs which is a bit annoying. But even so we would stay there again. Norma was always communicating with us and very pleasant.

The Best Time on the Bay!

My family and I had an Awesome time! We loved being on the Bay side for the 1st time. Sitting on the Dock at Sunset was a family favorite! The Location was perfect! A 4 minute walk to the Balboa Fun Zone. We rode bikes, BBQ’d and made wonderful memories here. We found a great little family beach on W. Bay Street. A 10 minute walk. The house came with everything you would need or think of. There were nice little touches like toothpaste/mouthwash in the bathrooms and chocolate and wine for us to enjoy. There was a Beach Supply closet in the master bedroom filled with beach towels and sand chairs. Thankfully, there were several fans in the closets for us to use. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Norma was very attentive and communication was never a problem.

Trip was not what I hoped

Sewage back up caused odor for two weeks before the sewer line was cleared. Just awful. Adjacent property under construction even outside of legal work hours. Bleach smell was overpowering. They had to supply new bedding. Washer smelled bad. Sewage back up. This is a 5 plex apartment. Lastly I had a fall at the entry that required me to be hospitalized. The management tried to deal with the issues but quite frankly these should have been dealt with pre-occupancy. Considering this was a 5 figure rental for 3 weeks I expected to not have any of these issues. It has a garage that is shared but they have art and paint and beach chairs stacked in front making parking difficult.
