  • You will be mesmerized when you stay at the Hip Nautic, located in the Heart of Newport's Nye Beach District. This neighborhood is known for it's bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment all within walking distance!

    With a hip design, this home sets the stage for your Oregon beach getaway. Featuring 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, Hip Nautic is the perfect choice for those preferring some privacy. Just a short walk to the Nye Beach access, you will enjoy dipping your toes in the waves or playing on the sandy beach.

    Sleeps up to 6 - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Kings (Both Kings can be separated into 2 Twin beds -- with 72 hour prior notice), 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 2.5 baths.
    Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (strictly enforced)
    Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.
    *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. Please contact our office with any questions.

    Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

    This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

The location was terrific, and the communication was top-notch! Such a charming little house for our family of 3 to stay for a few days. Only thing that could have been better is if the grass had been cut. The property allows dogs, and our dog didn't love the long grass (she's an older blind dog...). But otherwise, a fantastic place to stay in Newport!

So wonderful thank you so much even though all I did was sleep and cook there it was so cozy and had everything we needed. Wish we got to use the hot tub but we were so wiped out after work

A wonderful stay, would definitely return!

The house is beautifully updated, clean, close to everything we needed including the beach. The hot tub was amazing after a day at the beach. We’ll definitely go back!

Comfy!

Just a block away from Nye Beach shops and the water, great beds and good amount of space! We recommend shopping for fresh fish at the marina and bringing it home for gourmet meals.

Spring vacation

We had a wonderful time. The location is excellent. Our kids and pupps walked to the beach almost every day and its only a short drive to numerous other attractions. The home was very clean and well stocked.

Great stay!

This was great for two couples. We had plenty of space and it was very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and having early check in was great too! Close access to everything we needed.
