「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「The property is as good as it advertised. It is located at a convenient location. Although there is no front desk, we completed all check-in process online prior to our arrival. With the Rambla app which contains the digital key for accessing the lift and the apartment, it was just so easy and convenient. The WiFi was a bit weak though but it’s sufficient for business use.」
