Nice family holiday home on a popular holiday park and is ideally located to use as a base to explore this part of Cornwall.. Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: Freeview TV

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Breakfast Area, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

First Floor:

Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Public car park, free of charge. No smoking.. 117 Atlantic Reach is a mid terrace house with communal lawned areas to the front. The open plan ground floor has a good sized living area leading to a well equipped kitchen, and dining area. There are a number of car parks on the site and the nearest one is only a short walk from the house.

The seaside town of Newquay is within 5 miles and has a number of sandy beaches, a golf course, a wide range of high street and local shops as well as supermarkets and a number of pubs and restaurants. Only a short drive away is the main A30 that gives easy access to the rest of what Cornwall offers. Beach 5 miles.

Property is fairly priced in compare with others on the resort but it is in need of some care. The outside hadn’t been cleaned in a long time the windows were covered in cobwebs. Cold tap broken in the bathroom. Shower extremely small with faulty doors. Missing lightbulb in the main bedroom. The fridge has no freezer section so could not even store ice. Beds weren’t made on arrival. Parking at the resort is a constant source of stress but that is not property specific. The host was very friendly and helpful and even allowed us to store our luggage before check in which was brilliant. I feel with some small fixes on the issues we faced this property would be much more desirable. That being said as I said the price was good and we all had a great time.

mann macht es sich halt zurecht! Vom Vermieter kein Schlüssel Code bekommen,also telefonieren, die Rezeption der Ferienanlage war nicht zuständig, keine Einweisung in der Wohnung,wo und wie die Heizung zu einschalten war, warmes Wasser am Waschbecken und in der Küche den Einschalter auch nach einer Woche nicht gefunden, aber ein deutscher weis sich zu helfen.Haben die Woche gut durchgebracht Preis und Leistung (außer den Mängeln ) sonst Ok.
