We had a lovely stay at the guest house. The decor is stylish and full of character, and our en-suite room was really comfortable and well presented. The continental breakfast was very good, with a cooked breakfast also available for a very reasonable extra charge. Breakfast is served between 8–9am. The location was ideal for us, around a 15-minute walk to both Lusty Glaze and Newquay town centre. Free parking was a real bonus too. Overall, a really comfortable, welcoming place to stay and we’d happily return.

The property is spotless, exceptionally well-maintained, peaceful, and very quiet. The secure parking with CCTV right in front of the property gave me extra peace of mind, and Karen was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. The only thing to note is that food and takeaways aren’t allowed in the rooms, which I understand is likely to help keep the property clean and prevent insects. It would be wonderful if, in the future, guests who prefer ready-to-eat meals could use the dining room instead. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily give it a 10/10. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation for our short visit to Newquay. We had two very pleasant nights here, very modern and clean. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate in returning and will highly recommend to any family and friend visiting the area.

Stayed in the quadruple family room with my three young children. Perfect for what we needed and didn't feel cramped. Host was very helpful, polite, attentive and just brilliant! Lovely stay will definitely be staying again

Was only down for a couple of days away. Such a beautiful place that feels like home away from home. Very clean and tidy and a very good breakfast. Owners was lovely, easy to talk to and enjoy conversations with and very accommodating.
