“It was a great experience, The host was extremely helpful. the place was cozy and perfect!”

“This place has a lot of great things going for it. It is only twenty minutes from downtown Philly, and only twenty from Sesame place. We only really had two critiques of it. The floors did not seem to be that clean, our daughter who was crawling on them had dark spots on her legs afterwards. Also the chair they have has stains and seemingly dirt along the side and at the edges of the recliner. Lastly, we reached out to the host for a quick question on the first night and they never responded to……

“Everything was very easy and convenient. Spacious with all amenities that I could have wanted. Lovely host and would stay there again.”

“THIS PROPERTY is not anything like what is described. The Apartment is dark, dingy and dirty. It has old, musty and dirty furniture and appliances, It has only one in wall air conditioner for the WHOLE APARTMENT, which during 100 degree temperatures was uninhabitable. The kitchen was dirty and messy. The refrigerator and freezer had old, rotten food in it and was very old and dirty to boot. The host was completely unhelpful and while he claimed the apartment was in compliance with all……

“Overall we were happy with our stay because the price was great and the house was clean, but we did encounter multiple problems which hurt our rating. The mattresses were uncomfortable, there was limited privacy, there was limited seating and lighting, there was no dish soap and no dishwasher detergent, there were no spare trash bags or spare paper towels, their was no toaster and the stove didn’t work, and there were very few dishes and silverware.”
