「It was okay」

「The front desk staff was extremely helpful prior to our visit. We had some questions and they were answered promptly. We rented 2 rooms and each one was clean and very spacious. We had enough towels to accommodate everyone. We particularly loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. Neither was crowed so we could really enjoy our time spent there. The property is conveniently located to restaurants, the outlets, and the park. It was an ideal place to stay.」

「The property is under renovations and or in need of serious renovation and repairs. Several ceiling areas are peeling and cracking, drywall is flaking off and falling in the bathroom. Transition strips leading to bedroom are missing on the floor leaving exposed rusted carpet nails. This place has some obvious damages that are painted over for a bandaid type repair. The balcony is unsafe with multiple nails sticking up, boards missing, and the railing detached about to fall over.」

「This property was clearly designed to look good in photos, and the building is a neat concept, but I promise you don't want to stay here. Upon entering the building, you ascend a staircase that smells bad, looks dirty, and has all the cleaning supplies and equipment strewn about at the landings. I wanted a shower before I even got in the door of my unit. Entering, it was clear that the place was shoddily constructed, poorly maintained, and poorly cleaned between visits.
