⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at The Frankford Fishtown and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I booked, everything was smooth and well organized. Communication was excellent, quick responses, clear instructions, and very helpful throughout my entire stay. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming and well maintained, which made my week long stay very enjoyable. The location was also a plus, with easy access to everything I needed. Overall, this was a stress free and pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend The Frankford Fishtown to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable stay and would gladly book again in the future.

The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia.

The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean. The bed was comfortable. The local area is safe to explore during the day. While the property was generally clean, there were issues with broken hardware, poorly repaired items, and a general need for updating and replacement of some items. The kitchen was poorly stocked. We had concerns related to individuals daily “hanging out” in the small entryway.

We loved our stay here!! I could totally live here.. Such a nice comfortable place, in a nice area, so many amenities! We loved the rooftop terrace! The kitchen was great... We bought groceries at the Reading Terminal Market and made dinner at home one night. We will definitely stay here again when in Philadelphia!!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The property was very clean and well taken care of. My only negative was no fault to the owners just some construction happening outside the window woke me up kinda early but the coffee shop a quick walk made it easy to get up so early. Haha! I would definitely recommend family and friends and come back to stay at this location.

This place exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly shocked by how clean and modern the place was. The bed was comfortable, it was extremely spacious, and was so cozy. Another thing to add is the staff is exceptional with their communication. Any question or concern I had, they got back to me in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend booking with them!

The living area, kitchen, laundry, bathroom bedrooms we’re all very nice. The fact that it is so close to the train waking you up at five in the morning on I think should’ve been mentioned but that’s Fishtown. my room one oh one could hear any water running upstairs running through the walls kind of creepy and the day I was there there were building a new sidewalk right outside my window so early mornings were not so good then I was not there until late in the evening, so I can’t really tell you what happens all during the day. I like the place the towns bursting at the sea so I’m sure it’ll be a very successful for your company.

The apartment is almost new, bed was comfortable. The pull out couch has a bad mattress and it stays in an incline position and not able to level down. We were almost out of toilet tissue for 3 days for 3 persons.

Will certainly book this property again!

Ideal location, close The balcony chairs need some cushions! The cleaning crew, 3rd floor, Monday afternoon, were loud, and unnerving. I respect what they do, but they were shouting to one another whilst working in the next room. Quiet hours were respected, and the bed/couch/stools were all very comfortable. All appliances are top-notch, and the water temperature and pressure are great.

the location was fabulous, could walk anywhere in fishtown and there is plenty of dining, shopping, entertainment to enjoy. the apartment is definitely not sound proof and the folks above were noisy until 5 am one night Parking though is the deal breaker. It was unclear until we arrived at 9p to understand there was absolutely no where to park, even a pay garage available. the customer rep was not helpful to problem solve and the app didn't offer any help All of this could have been mitigated if we had known to pre purchase a garage spot or if there was some guidance where street jparking is ok

Sketchy areas in close proximity. 2) The entry door to the building was damaged by vandalism which made entry difficult for about a day. The handle was broken off and replaced by a 2x4... which did work. 3) The address is the Chase bank. The actual door is to the right side of the bank.

Our family of 4 stayed here the weekend of 4/25/25 for Monster Jam. We would most certainly stay here again. The unit was clean and well-appointed and looked just like the photos. The rooftop area was also as pictured and provided beautiful views of the skyline. The Cozy Team provided excellent communication in a timely manner. Fishtown is lovely and extremely walkable. We felt safe walking around at night with our 5 and 11 year olds. There are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback was parking, which was very difficult to come by. We were able to park in a lot on Howard St about 3 blocks away on Friday around 6pm but the lot was full on Saturday when we came back around 8:30pm, so my husband circled several blocks for about 30 minutes before he found a spot. I would recommend parking your car for the duration of your trip and walking or using a ride share. We also realized early on that you can double park with your hazards on to load and unload your vehicle near the building, many cars were double parked briefly throughout our stay. Proximity to Lincoln Financial Field was great, with about a 15 minute ride with easy access to 95. Some reviews mention that you can hear the elevated train that runs nearby. Our unit was on the front of the building on Frankford Ave and we did not have any issues. 10/10 would recommend. Book it.
