When we been there, the floor very dirty, cause my kids removed the shoes, the socks quickly dirty, I called the property, they’re gentle, called name is Maria nice lady was polite came to clean, actually the place is nice and quiet, hopefully better and better.

Inside was very nice, 3 beds, kitchen and laundry with a bathroom. The manager never sent the information to check in, scheduled orkin and cleaning services during our stay. The neighborhood is very sketchy too.

I arrived late at night and i was an inferno as it was impossible to find parking. Had to walk a good distance to the condo. Next morning was able to move the car closer. The place is nice. Clean, new, and spacious. The roof top patio was great in the afternoon. If you plan on driving everywhere this is not the place for you. If you love walking then it’s great. Very walkable. Even walked to the eagles game. Lots of good little places around. The locals were great and felt totally safe.
