We thought we were luckier as my wife and were told we had a room, though it was a single bed and not two beds as we had reserved. 「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Great location! Clean and comfortable. The games and seating area by the dock at sunset were very relaxing. Restaurant staff really friendly and attentive. We all loved the breakfast options. My only “not 5 stars” experience was the front desk man doing our check in, he was not very thoughtful or polite. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel.」
