“Mein Aufenthalt im Extended Stay of America war fantastisch, ich hätte mir kein besseres Hotel aussuchen können. Es gab keinerlei Probleme, abgesehen von einer kleinen Lärmbelästigung, die der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sofort behoben hat, noch bevor ich überhaupt daran dachte, anzurufen. Ich kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der einen komfortablen, sauberen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt fernab von zu Hause sucht!”

“We were only there overnight. Clean, in a good neighborhood, close to the falls and restaurants. Shower leaked water from the head and was too lose to take a shower. Beds were comfortable and slept well ( but had been up 24 hours traveling so was very tired). Our quiet time was 10 pm. One bedroom was noisy with a child upstairs yelling and swearing at his video games. Owner and son stay upstairs. Our nice vehicle was parked along the road as expected. The owner came out to water a small tree……

“Email and VRBO had a different address so we went email one. Was not the right one. Got to the right address. Sidewalks were not shoveled to the side door which we had to enter. Got into the apartment. Downstairs bathroom was like an icebox. Could not use at all. Next day (Saturday) notified host. They responded stated they would call contractor. Asked when contractor would come. They replied later said between 5-6 pm. Went to my great granddaughters cheering competition. Came back 6:30.……

“This was my first time using this application. But Laura was so wonderful and my stay was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I was in for a funeral but she made me feel so special and right at home. I would definitely stay here again because this place fit every need that I had. 100% top notch.”

“I got all the automatic messages but when i had a question no reply at all. Floor was soft in kitchen, toilet was super loose and moved, we were scared it was going to break.next to a abandoned property with trash thrown out in back yard. Coffe pot had to be sat on floor to be used because no available outlets on the counters ”

“We had a great stay over the holidays. Comfortable and spacious, the upstairs apartment had all we needed. Garage parking is a plus in Buffalo winters! ”

“The host was welcoming, I got a new working kettle on time when I found out that the first kettle I had couldn’t turn on. It is a beautiful and comfortable space and it was easy to get around”
