Ideal in every way

We will try to stay here again if we find ourselves going to Niagara Falls again. The place was big, quiet and located near everything we wanted to go to.

The place was super cute and clean. The locations was close to all Niagara tours and Resturants, it was about a 12 minute walk to the area. Love how close it was to Clifton . Lots of Resturant’s, shops and entertainment. We read reviews on the steep stairs so we packed light and it wasn’t a problem for us. Will definitely recommend this rental to our friends who have it on their bucket list

Great location to the Falls. We walked to all the attractions - both Falls side and Rapids side. Clifton Hill was very easy to walk, as well. Apartment had everything we needed. Very homey and quiet. Parking was a major plus, as we kept my truck in the spaces behind the building for the week.Pascale was VERY easy to work with.Only downside - and this is minor - neighborhood is a few blocks off of the commercial areas. It is not well lit.

The apartment was spotless and spacious and had great furniture. The kitchen had everything you would need. So much space in the bathroom. Check in and out were seamless. Communication was almost instantaneous. Couldn't ask for more.

Lovely long weekend at the Falls....

We enjoyed the stay at this location. Very easy to get around Niagara and the rental was clean and comfortable. Could use a bath mat or hand rail in the shower.

Quiet but close

Wonderful place! Nice quiet area yet short walk to the Falls and town. Also easy to take stroll along the river. We loved hanging out the the sunroom.

Great location within walking distance of the Falls

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, had everything we needed for a short vacation to the Falls. We left our car sit in the parking lot, and either walked or took the Wego bus where ever we wanted to go. We would stay here again!

Accurate listing. Very clean and nice kitchen. Shared bathroom between two bedrooms was convenient and worked. Only challenge was the stairs with luggage. (front steps to main door and then up to second floor via stairs) No elevator but very doable. Host was super nice and communicative. Note: Rideshare continually picked up and dropped off around the corner, not at the specific address. Not a problem but plan on it.

Convenient

It was easy to check in. Space was nice and comfy. We enjoyed the easy walk to the falls and restaurants nearby. Only downfall is hearing the others staying in the same building. That wasn't a huge problem with the quiet hours, just made us super conscious of how loud we talked or walked throughout the space. Overall it was a great stay,

Lovely Apartment

Confusing at first, but once I reread then I understood the "flow" of things. It was within walking distance to a lot of the attractions and restaurants but the best thing was learning about Niagara on the Lakes. That is a hidden gem. We went every day and got acquainted with the locals. we did have a splendid time. can't wait to come back.

Quaint and Great

Well furnished, lots of hot water, air conditioning/ heat when we wanted it. Walking distance to the river and Clifton Hill. Quiet neighborhood. Caution: you need to claim one flight of steep old wooden stairs to get to the second floor.

Cute apt close walking distance to Niagara

We enjoyed the style of the complex and apartment. The walk to Niagara Falls during the fall was so beautiful. We did not care for the city and all the noisey few blocks away...it had carnival vibes, but Niagara Falls was breath taking and the street the house was on was quiet and pleasant.

Niagara Falls Canadian Side

Great location 1 block off the main Falls Highway. Bedroom is tight but comfortable. Has front and back entrance and good parking. You need to be comfortable walking up stairs in both entrances.

Great time!

This was our first time to the Falls and it did not disappoint! Great, quiet location and apartment was very clean and efficient. We would only like to suggest that check out time be moved to 11am instead 10am and maybe some tourist information provided in the apartment.

We had an awesome time needs to indicate from bus stop to apt 3 blocks up hill, we got cabs to get back to apt i have stage 4 cancer, and the only other thing need mat for bathtub very slick no safety bar. Overall very nice apt quiet nice neighborhood would stay again

12 minute walk to Niagara Falls and all other activities on the main road.

It was nice and quiet. Air conditioner worked amazing. Parking was great, safe area. It was a 13 minute drive to LA fitness. 26 minutes drive to the helicopter ride and butterfly convention. We walked 12 minutes to Niagara Falls every night. Zip lining, main road and Niagara tour is 12 minutes walking. Safe walk. I will definitely stay here again. I appreciated the king side bed and the extra lights in the bathroom.

Niagara Falls

We really liked the location away from the crowds. It was a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and little more to Falls. The one thing we really liked was the quiet at nighttime( unbelievably quiet) When we arrived we met Mike who was beyond gracious and very helpful. The apartment had AC, very very clean( very important to me),king size bed that was comfortable ( we walked 11 miles a day). Coffee maker and coffee grinds were perfect. Parking was behind building and safe. Overall a good experience.

Very beautiful and quiet neighborhood! Easy to get to Falls attractions from location.

Newly renovated apartment was very nice! Still working on some areas, but did not interfere with our stay. Outside access stairs are very steep. Bathtub needs hand grips. A couple towel hooks would have been nice in the bathroom. May be that is yet to come in the renovation process! I would go back simply b/c of the location to the falls!
