Beautiful view!

The view was beautiful! We enjoyed the 30 minute walk along the boardwalk to get to the old center. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay, beautiful location and our greeter was fantastic. She was so thorough in all instructions, as well as the owners "book" of information in the apartment. The view is unbelievably gorgeous, we jumped into the water each night as it was well over 90 degrees during our stay; with that said the AC worked great:)

We really enjoying staying here, the view incredible. It was very clean, everything and everywhere - the floors inside and on the patio were clean enough to eat off. Good grocery stores within walking distance which we used. Would stay here again

This property and my host were super. It is a great location directly across from the beach and a wonderful view of the sea. The balcony made for a wonderful place for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. It is also a block from the tram that runs across Nice, from the airport to the old city.

Great location

The apartment is in a very convenient location. The view is amazing and we spent many mornings watching the sun rise over the mountain. It’s far enough from the tourist area so it’s not as crowded. We traveled a lot by tram (stop is just around the corner) and by bus (stops are right in front of the apartment). The caretaker is responsive, pleasant, and just great to work with. If we make it back to Nice we will stay here again.

Check in Could Improve

Overall I had a very nice stay at this apartment. Very clean, pristine view and bus right out the front door. The problem was with check in. I had to wait an hour in a drafty lobby (with no chairs) for a cleaner to let me into the apartment. The caretaker had a health issue and could not meet me. Once the cleaner arrived she was apologetic and even gave me a bus pass to top off. She showed me all things in the apartment. I dropped my luggage since the apartment was not ready for me yet. All in all I would stay here again.

The Wolff's of Cincinnati

After two weeks in Paris and then sailing down the Rhone, we spent a week in this Nice condo relaxing, overlooking the spectacluar beaches and the blue, blue Mediterrean. Resturants, like L'Espad'or located in the Marina, and several on the beach were memorable, but local grocery shopping was a delight, and right around the corner. Recommend visit to Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild at Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat with its grand home and gardens plus the muscial fountains-breathtaking. The owner provide details about stay which made us feel "at home" immediaterly, and follow-up with manager made this a great stay. Footnote: we had a rental car which we easily parked in front of the condo each day. Recommend this stay to all.

Perfect relaxing time

Picture and views are accurate! The view is gorgeous. This was the relaxing part of out vacation and we spent most of the time on the balcony or walking the promenade. Easy check in. Great communication from host. Luzminda made sure we had everything we needed. Every detail had been considered including beach chairs. Wonderful to arrive and already have coffee and cream ready for the morning. Grocery store and bakery on the corner and had everything we needed. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Away from the busier section of Nice but very simple to use the tram kiosk and get a ticket to Old Nice. Or a 2.5 mile walk along the promenade. Close to the airport but the planes didn’t bother us

We had an amazing holiday in Nice and this wonderful apartment played a huge part in making it so. Sitting on the balcony of an evening was wonderful. Very comfortable and the owner did a tremendous job of providing everything that could be needed. Her housekeeper was easy to coordinate with for our arrival & the apt as clean and had a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Great stay in Nice

Pictures are accurate of what we experienced in person. The view from balcony is amazing. Luzminda was waiting for us at check in. She was so nice and welcoming. Very nice that coffee, milk, and wine were already there waiting for us. The AC worked really well. This was helpful as highs were in the 90s everyday. Apartment is close to two tram stops. Also, great supermarket and boulangeries are literally minutes walking distance. We went to Monaco and Ventimiglia. Very easy as we took the tram to Grand Arenas stop and then walked across the street to Nice St Augustin train station. Recommend this as you will get on train before the masses get on at Niceville station. The bed was comfortable and the fan was nice to keep air circulating. Bathroom was good size for European standard. A nice bonus was we got front row seats to watch the France Ironman on Sunday. We could get to old town Nice via tram in about 15 minutes. We also went to Matisse museum via tram and bus. Very easy. You can get to airport easily by tram but we did Uber because of luggage. Literally took about 5 minutes to get to airport. We would stay here again. Apartment was clean, and Judy and Luzminda were quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Nice! Not only does it have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, it also kept us entertained by watching various airplanes take off and land. The wine and cold water was a sweet treat after traveling all day. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

perfect getaway!

The view is absolutely amazing, is located directly across the street from the beach and super close to public transportation! The only downside is we didn't see much of Nice because we couldn't pull ourselves away from the beach and the balcony view!

On the beach

The property was as advertised in the video. There is a tram around the corner that offers easy transport. The proximity to the beach is great. Be prepared for a noisy stay from continuous traffic on the street, and an surprisingly busy airport. Check in with Luzminda was a breeze. Communication with Judy was also very quick. The bed was a bit soft for me but my husband loved it and there was no roll into the middle issue. The furniture isn't very comfortable but it's functional. If you're going for beach it's a perfect location. If you're going to explore Nice and enjoy it's night life and restaurants it is a bit out of the way. Parking was a major problem. Fortunately Judy responded quickly to this issue directing us to a parking garage as there is limited access on the street with only 2 hr parking during the day so you can't park and leave it. If you don't need a car for other purposes, don't bring one to Nice! The proximity of the parking garage though lead us to a fabulous restaurant called the Potiron Bistro. Treat yourself to an amazing culinary experience. Michelin quality for sure! We enjoyed our 4 day stay but would likely stay closer to the city centre next time.

Another brilliant stay in Nice

The location is excellent and transport and local shopping is a breeze! We have stayed in appointments along the Promenade De Anglaise every year since before the pandemic and it never fails to amaze us! We are looking forward to returning later in the year !

Eine Traumhafte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super. Sie ist mit allem was man benötigt eingerichtet. Obwohl wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, haben wir es nicht gebraucht. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür und fahren zu sehr günstigen Preisen wohin man möchte. Der Empfangen bei Anreise war sehr gut. Super Kommunikation wenn man aufgrund des Verkehr etwas länger braucht und später einchecken muss. Eine Perle, die wir wieder nutzen werden. Kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Wonderful Stay in Nice

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach with an incredible view of the Mediterranean that we enjoyed from the balcony each morning. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and made us feel right at home. The local tips and the guest book were a great touch and helped us explore Nice and nearby towns easily.
