Poor state of decoration. Paintwork dirty especially around skirting. Shower room very mouldy in shower cabinet.Toilet bowl dirty. Dishwasher screws on door loose and unable to open. Lack of adequate crockery. Dining chairs dirty with sticky dirt. Screw sticking out of table leg. Had to put tape over it to stop injury.Very inconvenient arrangements to pick up and return key.

Terrible

Unclean and unloved. The online pictures do not give a true representation. The lack of cleanliness, damaged furniture and the worst bed ever attempted to sleep in made for the worst stay anywhere ever. We complained and have been assured that things will change.

Studio très bien placé mais pas de remise ni restitution des clés sur place, nécessité de se déplacer à l'agence distante de 3km occasionnait frais de taxi et perte de temps.

très bel appartement mais le système de remise et de reprise des clefs devrait être franchement amélioré, pas facile quand on vient en voiture d'aller chercher les clefs et les remettre quand on ne connait pas Nice, il faudrait prévoir cette remise et reprise des clefs directement à l'immeuble ( via coffre ou boîte aux lettres)

Wohnung/Studio überzeugt mit dem Ausblick! Die Lage ist toll und ideal für Ausflüge in Stadt und Umgebung. Die Lautstärke der stark befahrenen Promenade bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Rollläden ist ok. Die Möbel/Einrichtung der Wohnung ist doch schon sehr "runter gewohnt" und bedarf unserer Einschätzung nach einer Renovierung. Insbesondere die (Kunst-) Ledercouch und die Stühle! Es fehlte (bei Buchung des Handtücher-Paketes) ein Geschirrtuch für die Küche.

Schöne Ferien in Nizza

2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung waren sehr schön. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung ist für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal eingerichtet gewesen. Der Starter-Kid von Interhome ist ein Hammer. Wer geht schon gleich Spülmittel etc. kaufen? Internet hervorragend.

L’appartement est juste super , nous avions une vue magnifique, à proximité de tous . Concernant les équipements nous avions tous ce dont nous avons besoin, juste super. Un petit point négatif, la voiture pas forcément de parking gratuit donc vous payez pendant tous le séjour la place de stationnement, a part le soir de 20h à 9h

Récupération des clefs en agence sans état des lieux alors qu'on me prend une caution sur ma CB je ne suis pas d'accord. Appartement bien mais très mal situé. Marqué possibilité de parking dans la rue mais pas notifié que c'est payant à 1 200 € / sem sans parking, les serviettes a payer et pas de couette au vu du prix... le lit 140 cm j'aimerais bien voir appartement pas nickel et voisin dérangeant leur chien nous grognant dessus quand on voulais rentrer a l'appart ect...

Qualité de séjour au top!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de vacances avec notre petit chien grâce au style de l'appart' et ses équipements. Confort, propreté, espace, .... et le soleil en plus, mais çà....! Positivement surpris de la modernité de l'appart' dans ce bel immeuble 20è !! très très bien tenu (conciergerie et local poubelle discret; très belle entrée sécurisée). A recommander !!!
