L'appartement est situé sur la rue au dessus d'un bar-restaurant ouvert 6 jours sur 7, comme les consommateurs fument à l'extérieur il y a beaucoup de bruit le soir tard. Autrement, bien situé à proximité du port et de la plage.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen alten französischen Wohnung war wunderschön! Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Hafens, des Meers und der Altstadt. Die wichtigsten Busse halten gleich um die Ecke. Eine neue Bahn (am 16.12.19 eröffnet) fährt zum Flughafen und zurück zum Hafen. Es gibt in dieser Gegend viele gute Restaurants. Die Zeit in Nizza war herrlich!
