Available at a REDUCED PRICE.
4th floor easy walk-up. For 1 to 2 adults, no smoking, no pets. For this period the following are available : Protecting mattress and pillows, bottom sheets, blankets, bath mat, dishcloth. Fan. Wifi.

Located in quiet area of Old Nice, in a bright pedestrian street near the Park Promenade du Paillon and at 5 minutes scenic walk to the sea through the Historic Old Nice.

A Unique area where everything is available just exiting the building: bakeries, gourmet food shops, antique markets, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops, entertainments, culture, all transportation. Tram to the airport, train, buses at 5 minutes the apartment.

Experience Nice like a local in this charming 1-bedroom open space apartment.
The cozy space features a comfortable queen bed. With heating, an iron, and a hairdryer provided, guests can relax and feel at home. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower.
