Great location, air conditioning, and blackout curtains. Horrible customer service from the property management company. Not that clean. The shower head wand has no holder so you have to hold it yourself while showering.

I’m going to be completely honest. Their professionalism and the way they handled the check in was not the best. We were supposed to check in at 1 pm and then last minute after not being able to reach them it was changed to 2 pm. They said they sent emails about the check in changing time, and also they ask for a deposit and they don’t use your card like any normal place off the website. The pictures look so much better than what property actually looks like, it’s run down and it was not fully cleaned, not the best hygienic bnb. No bed bugs though. Now let me talk about the positives. The only best thing about the property is where it’s situated which is right beside des Anglais and the old downtown so, there were so many attractions around and easy to access the water front as it was a 5 minute walk. Honestly if you are looking for a great location and nothing else is important for you considering the price it was a good deal during the high season of summer.

ホテル宿泊に際し、事前に山ほどのセキュリティメール受け！要領悪過ぎて泊まるのがやになった。古い暗い民泊マンションにやっとのことで分かりづらい部屋に辿りつき、部屋の中は嘸かしリフォームされて綺麗かと…ガックリ。PR部屋写メの方が綺麗、バスタブにシャワーノズル下投げ放置、シャワー中ずっと手持ち。部屋の中に清掃用具の大ドア、滞在中Wi-Fi繋がらないから、担当不動産オフィスに直接出向き無愛想な対応で最悪。部屋でWi-Fi修理人待つも来ない！カーテンずっと半開き、廊下は薄暗く怖い。真夜中にチェックインしてたら大変だった。二度と泊まりたくない。
