“This lovely property offers numerous amenities and features an exceptional staff. When my original flight from New York was canceled, my host Ryan promptly adjusted my accommodation. The aromatherapy was a wonderful added touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.”

“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“The staff were wonderful and kind. But the property is old — our room smelled badly of mold. The area also wasn’t the safest and we didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night (they also have to lock the door to the hotel and you have to buzz in which makes it difficult when arriving later in the evening). ”

“This hotel is in the perfect location for first timers to Cape Town. We walked to multiple locations and it was easy to join tours from here. From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. This group really understands customer service and they made us feel so welcome.”

“Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who truly go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with high-end touches like Diptyque bathroom amenities, a complimentary minibar, coffee facilities, and convenient parking garage. One standout feature is their breakfast, served until 4 PM (!) and included in the stay — an incredible idea that makes for a wonderfully relaxed experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try it, but the menu sounded……

“Good property for a few days”

“The hotel is located in a very convenient spot in the CBD, with easy access to local amenities. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-suited to our needs. However, my stay was disrupted by a serious issue. On arrival (Nov. 17), I was told the hotel was overbooked and no room was available, despite having made my reservation on Oct. 2 and extending it on Oct. 31. Both bookings were confirmed and fully paid. As a result, my wife, daughter, and I were relocated to another Protea Hotel in……
