“This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. “It is a lovely little inn in a great location. Everything was great and very clean and quiet. What distinguishes HSL is the staff. They are so helpful, smiling always and kinda. A very special shout out to Jasper. He made our stay 10 times better, and it was already lovely. Lovely fresh breakfast! Thank you Jeff too for being so accommodating. We hope to stay again.
