“Beautiful hotel but we had a number of issues. We booked a poolside room and was told upon arrival that the room has large ceiling windows with no blinds. Whilst this provides lots of light during the day and views of Table Mountain, we were woken up by the sunrise at 5am. Eye masks are offered as a solution. It was also a windy morning which caused loud banging/clicking noises from the interior door, which was apparently due to a cleaner leaving the front door open. We also had a drainage……
