Very comfortable stay. Excellent central and space heaters were appreciated because Nice was experiencing cold weather. The accommodation was exactly like the pictures. Alex was easy to contact and very responsive. We used the kitchen minimally (mostly breakfast) but everything needed for a short stay is provided. The unit is near many good restaurants, boulangeries, and not far from 2 tram stops: Port and Garibaldi. The latter is a bit closer. Alex provided a number of restaurant recommendations and we tried 3 of them. All very good. A lovely stay.

Stay in Requier, port area of Nice

We very much enjoyed our stay; the apartment was nice and quiet, a convenient walk to Vieux Nice, and with a fantastic boulangerie just around the corner. Our host, Alex, met us promptly and was easily accessible for answering any questions. We appreciated that the apartment has all modern features, including a very good washer/dryer.

Wonderful little hideaway

A clean, well stocked bijou apartment in a fantastic location. Linking in with my sister and her husband we spent 3 nights in this lovely little hideaway and were delighted with our stay. A short walk to both the iconic port and the old town, the location could not have been better. A direct tram to and from airport was very handy. Alexandre was the perfect host. Would highly recommend for a short stay in Nice.

Best location to stay in Nice!

Avis séjour/duplex moderne

Super séjour entre amis dans cet Airbnb ! L’endroit était parfait pour notre groupe : spacieux, propre et super bien aménagé. Le salon était idéal pour se détendre, et la cuisine bien équipée nous a permis de cuisiner ensemble. L’emplacement était top, proche des bars, restaurants et des endroits sympas à découvrir. Alex l’hôte a été super accueillant, il est répond vite et il est toujours là en cas de besoin . Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très calme et bien situé. Il est d'une taille suffisante pour accueillir 4 personnes. Ce dernier est très bien équipé avec du matériels de bonnes qualités et joliment décoré. Hôte très agréable, attentif et présent pour toutes sortent de questions. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'aller à l'office de tourisme de Nice car notre hôte nous avait déjà préparé un guide touristique très enrichissant qui nous a bien guidé tout au long de notre séjour.
