  • Palais des Arts is a comfortable one bedroom apartment located in a safety and modern building on rue de France right in front of the tramway station Grosso Cum. The flat offers an entrance, a queen size bed bedroom with dressing and ensuite shower room, a separate toilet, a living room with double sofa bed, a full equipped kitchen. It offers central air conditioning. You will be delighted by having your breakfast from the quiet terrace that is accessible from all rooms of the flat. All shops and restaurants are down the building. The Promenade des Anglais and the beach are at 100m. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice city center.

I had to book this property last-minute (like from the airport) because my other VRBO host ghosted me. The property was responsive, and then only check-in stresses were because this was so last-minute. Location was very convenient (tram in front of building). Kitchen area very small, but still functional for my purposes. It was a good launching pad for my activities.
