Welcome to Cachette Azur, a bright and beautifully renovated 53 m² studio, perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Situated on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residence with an elevator, the apartment offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning and a sunny balcony with peaceful garden views and a lovely side sea view.

THE APARTMENT: 

Access the apartment via a private path through a peaceful garden, offering a quiet retreat just moments from the lively Promenade des Anglais. Relax on the sunny balcony with its garden and side sea views—the perfect spot for breakfast or an evening drink.



LIVING AREA:

The bright living area features a smart TV (use your own accounts for Netflix, Disney+, Prime), High speed fibre broadband, a comfortable double bed (140 × 200 cm) facing the balcony, as well as a separate sleeping nook with two single beds that can be closed off with a large curtain for added privacy.

If your reservation is for 2 guests but you would like one of the single beds prepared, a €25 linen fee applies and is payable upon arrival. For reservations of 3 or 4 guests, both single beds are prepared as standard.



KITCHEN: 

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine (please note there is no oven). It opens directly onto the balcony and includes a breakfast bar with two high stools, which also provides a convenient space for remote working.





BATHROOM:

The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet.







GOOD TO KNOW:

You will also find a washing machine as well as two beach chairs and a parasol to use during your stay.





NEIGHBORHOOD:

Located in the prestigious Le Capitole residence, the apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing setting. As many residents live in the building year-round, parties, loud music, and excessive noise are not permitted.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location just one minute from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, in the heart of the sought-after Quartier des Fleurs. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and local shops are all within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring Nice and the French Riviera.

Rue de France, lined with restaurants and boutiques, is just around the corner, while Place Masséna is only a 10-minute walk away. Nice's charming Old Town can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot or in just 5 minutes by bus, with bus stops conveniently located nearby.

Getting to the apartment is easy from Nice Airport. Simply take Tram Line 2 towards Port Lympia and get off at Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen. From there, the apartment is less than a 5-minute walk away.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions



- All of our properties are strictly non-smoking - including balconies and terraces.



- They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.



- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).



- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.



- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.



- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.



- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
