  • Located in the heart of Nice city centre, NICE ETOILE by Riviera Holiday Homes is a fully air-conditioned apartment with a surface area of 200 square metres, accommodating up to 8 people. It is on the 4th floor with a lift.



    Furnished and fully equipped, it is perfect for a large family or group of friends. It comprises an independent, fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room with a piano and dining area, a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 cm each) and the last one with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower and a toilet. It also has a second bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.



    The Promenade des Anglais is 800m away and all amenities are within a 50-metre radius.

    You will particularly appreciate the brightness of this apartment and its unobstructed view of Nice and the surrounding hills.

Fantastic place except for noise factor .

Loved the apartment and the interior decorating . It was spacious and comfortable. The only problem was how noisy it was endlessly . The tram lines right next to building we’re going all day and most of night Trash was picked up at 3:: 00am every day. Plus there was street life endlessly. It was the only problem but it was a significant one .

his place was wonderful. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beacha wonderful restaurant. There is also a tram stop right outside right outside if you want to go further away. The rooms are beautiful and clean too. We had seven people and it was a great amount of space. I highly recommend!

Big apartment at a very central location. The apartment is at the top floor in a building with an elevator and has all amenities needed for a pleasent stay. Each room had fans and two portable ACs were included. There is a stocked grocery store just across the street. There was also the possibility of hiring a baby cot and high chair, which was perfect for me travelling with a baby.

The apartment is in great location for getting to the promenade and exploring old town etc. We were pleasantly surprised on how big the apartment was for 8 people - it is perfect with 2 bathrooms (one with a toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning but we coped fine with the two AC units and fans. Sandrine and Luciene were so helpful and made check in / out really easy. we would definitely return. Five star location and the size was great for 10 p

The location was ideal and the size was perfect for my family 10p for 3 weeks. Description was accurate and layout worked great for us. The apartment does need a refresh, paint, furniture, bathrooms. Kitchen was perfect with all new appliances. You cannot beat the location and the size.
