PALAIS LIBERTÉ is a apartment with one bedroom located in the heart of Nice in a splendid recent building.



You will be housed in the only recent residence of the Carré d'Or designed by architect Alain Semmel to meet the needs of a quality standard.

The residence is secure, the entrance has two doors for double security. It is also quiet and well attended.



The elevator accessible apartment has central air conditioning and free WIFI. It has a balcony allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors.



Located in the Carré d'Or, you are seconds walk from the famous shopping avenue Jean-Médecin and its many shops. You are 1 minute walk from Galeries Lafayette and the main Place Massena.

You will reach the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches or the old town in just a few minutes.



PALAIS LIBERTÉ is composed as follows:

The balcony fitted with synthetic grass has 1 table and 2 outdoor chairs allowing you to enjoy good breakfasts or meals. It overlooks a small pedestrian street.

You will find some potted plants.



LIVING ROOM :

The living room consists of a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, a dining table that seats 4 people.

It includes air conditioning.



KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.

There is also a washing machine, which is also a tumble dryer.



BATHROOM :

The bathroom has a bath with a shower, a towel hook and a hairdryer.

The toilets are independent.



BEDROOM :

The bedroom has a nice Queen size bed, a TV, a large closet and air conditioning.
