TERRACOTTA is a two-bedroom and two-bathroom flat in the heart of Nice.

Within easy reach of the famous pedestrian area with its restaurants and shops, you can also reach the seafront in just 1 minute by walk.



The flat is decorated in the colours of the Côte d'Azur, and its high ceilings add even more charm.

You can enjoy the air-conditioned living room and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, dressing room and shower room with wc, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second independent bathroom with washing machine and wc.



The flat is on the 1st floor (no lift) and benefits from an internet connection.
