A wonderful place to enjoy all Nice has to offer!! The apartment is very nice and affords a beautiful sea view from the balcony. It’s got a well appointed kitchen and beach mats and chairs to enjoy the beach across the street. The tram stop to the airport and to Old Town is just around the corner and several market options are nearby. The owner is a delightful lady and very accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was the very best apartment! It is very clean, the views are absolutely beautiful, and the location is fabulous! The owner, Valerie, is so helpful and very communicative. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Beautiful spot to stay in Nice

This place was fabulous! The communication with the host was wonderful, she is such a kind person! The apartment was spotless and bigger than the photos reveal. Sitting and having your breakfast on the deck is such a treat. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Also, the tram station and grocery stores are one minute walk away. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Seaside Apartment!

We loved our stay here. Our hosts were so easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and the VRBO app and they were so kind upon arrival. Whenever we weren’t at the beach right outside we spent so much time on the balcony looking at the gorgeous view!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Valerie met us on site upon arrival to give us details about the property. The property was well kept and the bed was very comfortable. There is a nice little kitchen with coffee maker, kitchen and small refrigerator. It was about a 35 minute walk on the boardwalk to old town but trams and trains are available for those who don’t enjoy walking. We loved the beautiful views from the terrace and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

Spectacular View

This property had everything we needed plus the most beautiful view of the Mediterranean and Nice! Close to trams and bus for convenience without a car! Our hostess met us upon our arrival and was very helpful and welcoming!

Gorgeous View, Perfect Location

This apartment in Nice is truly a perfect place to experience the city. You have an unbeatable ocean view with a 5 minute walk to a public beach and you are located right next to the airport and a tram line that goes straight downtown. It was a perfect way to experience all the city has to offer.

Room with a view

The highlight was really the little balcony and the view of the Mediterranean. Valérie was there in person to meet us and orient us to the place. She was helpful in suggesting local restaurants and other amenities.

Fantastic apartment

We had a great 10 days here. The studio apartment is ideally positioned for the beach and for travelling around by bus and tram. Good local shops include a traditional fresh pasta one. Valerie was the perfect host.

Amazing view

The view from the balcony is amazing, the location is great with the beach, bakery, grocery and sights within walking distance. The apartment is well stocked. Would advise to clean grout in shower and have beach towels. Overall amazing three days!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Our host was so wonderful and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was in order, clean and well equipped for our needs. Beautiful Views & Excellent Base for Exploring Nice

My daughter and I loved the views from this apartment in Nice. Check in is easy; using the tram is easy. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood and grocery stores a few minutes' walk away. The hosts are easy to reach and very helpful. It's a wonderful stay for the price. The views are spectacular. The building is a little worn, but the apartment itself is nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the room. It makes a super base for exploring the area.

Incredible View & Beautifully Appointed Apartment

Valerie & Philippe were absolutely wonderful hosts and their apartment was perfectly appointed for our trip and needs. They have everything you need in the apartment, including chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for the beach, a washing machine should you need it and we were greeted with champagne and a lovely tour of the apartment when we arrived. Worth mentioning, the water pressure in the shower was so nice! Valerie was so kind to continue to give us suggestions when we reached out for taxi services during our stay. Very responsive and very sweet. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartment and the tram runs behind the building with a stop just about a block away. We had a car but often opted to hop on the tram for convenience to get into downtown! What a wonderful stay, oh and did I mention the view? It was breathtaking. Our stay was wonderful and the hosts were so hospitable. Highly recommend this piece of paradise! Thank you for sharing it!

Wonderful Place. Right next to the beach and transport stop. We were easily able to travel all over France from this one location. Great restaurants nearby too! There's also an easy commute to the airport. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Home Base for Nice

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is even better than it looks in photos, and our host, Valérie, was so kind. The location is perfect, only a 2-3 minute walk from the nearest tram station and about 30 seconds from a convenient bus stop that both take about 15 minutes to reach the city. We loved being able to see the beach and coastline from the balcony, and it was a wonderful home base for exploring Nice and neighboring areas. If you are going to Nice, absolutely book this apartment if it is available.

The virw of a lifetime.

My husband and I were delighted with the location and the apartment. The view was amazing, the AC was cold and the beach and bike paths are tremendous. The people were nice and the friut, croissants and pastries added to the French flavor! Valerie made EVERYTHING perfect! Thank you again Valerie!

Wonderful sea front views
