This property is all about the patio. The apartment itself is very serviceable nothing particularly fancy about it. It has very very basic utensils in the kitchen. There were barely enough wine glasses if you were four people staying there. And it’s not one of those rentals that has any sort of staple of Food items like olive oil, salt and pepper, etc.. We were there for nine nights and we left with three rolls of toilet paper. So plan to bring your own supplies, including shampoo, soap, etc.. there was no coffee or coffee filters. And there is really no convenient store to walk to unless you are a lover of hills and stairs. That said, I absolutely loved this location. It is a very nice building. It is very quiet. We Uberd most places, Nice, Eze Village, St. Paul DeVence etc.. transportation is down the hill and will get you to all Beach locations. About a 15 Uber ride to the main train station in Nice.
